Ad Operations Coordinator

The Ad Operations Coordinator supports a portfolio of clients that engage in our SAPinsider digital display advertising, email-based products and digital publishing services. This is the ideal role for a person that desires a career in digital marketing. The Ad Operations Coordinator is a type-A person that is self motivated, always puts clients first, and is driven for high performance for the company.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Manage digital ad services for SAPinsider including house ads, client ads and third party services.
  • Manage and oversee execution of Digital Media Campaigns
  • Work within Ad Server operating environment (DFP) to create and flight campaigns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Utilize ad platforms and third party tools to perform detailed QA, and ensure all ad units are built to specifications campaigns
  • Provide reporting and pacing on all campaigns to ensure campaigns are performing to optimal levels and clients are seeing great performance

Conference Producer

SAPinsider, is a leading provider of global events for IT and technology professionals using SAP platforms.   We are growing and have an immediate need to hire an experienced Conference Producer who can help take our well-established events to the next level with creative and innovative strategic thinking.

This is a full life-cycle event production role, where you will work on conference agendas starting with topic research and vetting of potential speakers, through event marketing campaigns and on-site execution of a flawless conference.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruits and vets speakers to present best practices on selected topics.  Manages communications and relationship with speakers before, during and after events.
  • Develops and builds “world class” conference agendas, working with our internal research team and speakers to develop session copy based on top topics.
  • Organizes, writes and compiles all content elements for an event landing page.  
  • Collaborates with event logistics team and sales team to incorporate vendor and event experience elements into the agenda.

Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategies that will build the brand — leading to increased awareness, traffic, and audience.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing marketing communications strategies and campaigns to include:

  • Work with senior management to distill messaging, core strengths and voice.

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is a proven quota driven leader. The Sales Executive reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This Sales Executive is an individual contributor that leads all new logo selling, renewal sales and expansion selling across a dedicated named account territory of software, technology and systems integration companies.

The Sales Executive is a Type-A, can do individual. The Sales Executive executes an inside/out model that combines high activity-based selling with engaging interpersonal consultative skills. The SAPinsider sales model combines research lead consultation and technology advisory with keen awareness of the GTM challenges that face technology providers.

SAPinsider provides ongoing sales and research training to assure that every Sales Executive has the benefits of continuous skills development.

  • Develop a named account territory of 75 SAP Partner technology vendors comprised of active client accounts, dormant client accounts and new logo prospects.
  • Position integrated marketing packages with an average deal size of $15K to $250K.
  • Manage an annual sales quota of $1.5 M in bookings.
  • Drive the end to end selling to all prospects and clients positioning integrated marketing program packages built on event sponsorships, research report sponsorships, lead generation programs, advertising and digital marketing services.
  • Participate in research briefings with top ERP/SW/HW/SI vendors to share industry knowledge, establish deep software and technology roadmap awareness and present the WIS value proposition.

The Sales Executive enjoys a competitive base salary and uncapped commission compensation package. OTE is $150,000 per year. The Sales Representative is an inside sales role that drives attendee registration sales for individual and group attendees to our global SAPinsider events, summits, roadshows and webinars. SAPinsider conducts more than 100 events across the globe each year.

Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Attendee selling including email marketing, cold calling and inbound lead follow up. 
  • Achieve attendee sales goals for each global events by converting prospects into event attendees and expanding to further engage others within their company.
  • Work off of a defined account list to identify prospective attendees and manage a steady flow of inbound marketing leads to drive conversions.
