Account Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join the talented team that drives the continued success of our world-class business information products. Our market leading learning resources help companies get the most of their SAP ERP investments, and our customers include a majority of the Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies.

As a member of our sales team, you will use your solid sales experience and proven business development skills to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within companies that use SAP ERP systems in your assigned territory
  • Manage an existing account base in order to renew and up sell current licenses
  • Create compelling product offers that successfully meet the information and technical support needs of individual and/or corporate customers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics and revenue goals

Marketing Specialist

Do you have a passion for marketing? Can you write well? Do you thrive in a nimble, fast-paced environment? If yes, we should meet.

We seek a highly organized, talented communicator to join our marketing team. The Marketing Specialist creates and executes on-line, social, email, and print marketing initiatives to support our highly successful conferences and seminars.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the execution and implementation of email, on-line, social, and print marketing initiatives
  • Integrating external social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn , Lanyrd ) into the overall marketing mix
  • Working with Conference Producers to create compelling and accurate marketing content and campaigns
  • Working with management to create tracking solutions for accurate measurement of all marketing campaigns
  • Working with partners, speakers, and media outlets to maximize the exposure of your events

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a direct marketing role, preferably in events or publishing
  • Strong background in social media
  • Ability to engage an online audience to encourage interaction and engagement
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics strategies and techniques, across all platforms
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the flexibility to adapt as the expectations, responsibilities, and work environment evolves
  • Superior attention to detail and quality

The right person for the job must:

  • Be team oriented, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Have strong presentation skills
  • Have a basic knowledge of HTML
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
